The room was perfectly clean with a private bathroom. the bed was exceptionally comfortable. There was great food. the staff was affable. the position of the guesthouse was marvelous and stunning, with views to the Tviberi glacier or the old restored church on the peak. Thanks, I really enjoyed my stay.

Nice place, I loved charming personnel.
A twin room included a mini bar, climate control, and a personal safe. It was beautiful and had an incredibly beautiful view of garden. The location was particularly good and stunning - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Lucky that it was around 10-15 minutes walk from Culver's, offering food to go...

The hotel was brand-new and I spent my time lovely here. the property was near to the mountain, making Maia's Guesthouse an ideal location for various attractions like the Mestia-Ushguli hike, Mestia, Tviberi glacier, and the old restored church on the peak. the variety of food for breakfast was outstanding.

The hosts were amazing! They really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They even let us park our cars inside. The food was delicious, especially the Svan dishes. The location was convenient, closer to the ski resort than the city. The view from the rooms with windows was breathtaking.
The rooms above the garage were freezing cold due to the cold floor. It was hard to get a good night's sleep because of the noise from other guests and their kids.
